I love Rimmel mascaras! I bought this the other day, and it has not disappointed! I'll keep it simple by listing pros and cons.

PROS~~
-nice lengthening (not false eyelashes look, but noticeable lengthening)
-good volume
-double-sided brush applies formula smoothly
-PRICE! (on sale at $4.99 at TARGET!)
-Look. (this thing looks adorable and performs well.
-gives your lashes curl!
-non flaky
-washes off EASILY!
CONS--
-the brush head is bendy, so its hard to get used to. sometimes, its nice to have a firm brush when you're trying to comb through
- not enough length. i was hoping for a more dramatic effect.

*Price: I give this a 5/5 stars because you just can't beat the price of a good mascara that you can buy at the drugstore.

*Quality: I give this a 4/5 stars because the formula is light but still gives me lush lashes.

*Effectiveness: I give this a 4/5 stars because it does do most of what it claims. This mascara truly does a great job at lengthening my lashes and although it doesn't give me 10x the volume, it does give me an impressive amount of volume. Another thing I noticed is that it seems to give my lashes a nice curl. I do have a natural bend in my lashes but this mascara, with it's super light formula, seems to push them up and curl them. They should add that to their advertisements because that's a definte selling point to me.

-Extra notes: The brush has 2 types of combs (and is flexible as well). One side has a short comb to build defintion and the other side has a long comb to separate the lashes. What a great idea! Oh and did you notice how extremely cute the packaging is? Love it!!!
