It’s definitely not full coverage

I purchased this to use as an undereye concealer for dark circles. The tube is printed with the description “full coverage”. It’s not. The fornula is thin, which spreads quite easily but unfortunately is quite sheer.if I apply and blend, it’s like painting with watercolours. I really liked the illuminating effect, thouh (almost like a subtle iridescence or pearl pigment along with the skin tone), which did look quite nice. To salvage this product and achieve the coverage I needed, my solution is to swipe it on thick under my eyes without blending and then move onto something else for a few minutes. Once it’s mostly dry without the excess water, the product I globbed on has reduced to be higher coverage… THEN I blend it. It’s a terrible waste as I have to really glob it on just so it dries down to a concentrated pigment that’s actually full coverage. I end up using about 2-3x as much as I would if it were actually full cov. out of the tube.
Im making it work because I hate throwing things out, but I don’t think it’s a good choice for me to ever buy again.
