Worst eyeliner ever

I bought this along with a few other eyeliners to try because I am a cosplayer I use eyeliner a lot for photoshoots to make my eyes stand out. Im particular this eyeliner from the get go hardly goes on it’s more of a dull black then anything and looks like a dried out marker when applied. This is a terrible product and I will not buy it again
