My go to eyeliner, especially for the waterline. It's the only eyeliner that doesn't irritate my eyes when I put it on the inside line of my eyes (waterline). Also, it's on sale most of the time so it ends up being verrrrrry cheap!

I really like this eye liner, its deep black and with just enough sparkle to be dramatic and not obnoxious or childish. It glides on properly and is easy to apply. I would totally recommend this product for people going for a dramatic look.

The only liner i use for tightlining. The Rimmel kohl is incredibly smooth and buttery and glides on without pulling, tugging or skipping. It is incredibly pigmented and stays black all day. It also does not irritate my eyes which is something most liners do.

Best drugstore eyeliner I've tried so far. This product is creamy and easy to use. I have it in the nude and black shade- both stay on for a long time. The black is my favorite black pencil eyeliner, very dark and perfect for the waterline.

the only eyeliner i use for my waterline . it doesn't smudge or wear off it stay in put all day, super pigmented. creamy doesn't hurt my eyes when i put it on. my makeup must haves

This is one of the best eyeliners in the drugstore. The nude shade (005 nude) is absolutely perfect for the waterline. It glides on smoothly, and lasts a VERY long time -- I'm impressed. It's the perfect peachy/skin tone shade and great for brightening up the eyes.

I just bought this and am soooo disappointed. I was hoping waterproof would mean it would stay where I put it but alas it doesn't. I used it on my top lash line and almost immedately the line ended up on the crease of my eyelid - all the way across my eye. I tried putting a little eye shadow on it to make it stay but that didn't work either. It is indeed waterproof though as I couldn't get it off my crease!

Wowza this eyeliner is great! It's very thick and easy to apply, it goes on so smooth and clean. I have it in black and the colour is dark and intense. And boy, they aren't lying when they say "water proof, smudge proof, heat proof, everything proof"...it really is! I was shocked when I washed my face and looked up to see my eyeliner looking exactly the same! So i'd highly recommend this for beach days or sweaty concerts, because it's going to last. Overall a really great eyeliner and i'm definitely going to pick it up in some of the colourful shades. Thanks CA for giving it to me for free :)

The nude one is great for the waterline and lasts a good deal of time, not all day but better than any other liners i've tried.
