Best budget eyeliner

I love this liner and use it regularly. It’s long lasting and great value for money. It goes on easily and looks great.

If you are on a budget this item is perfect for you.

I found the product initially good but found it didn't last as long as my other products I had previously used I found it flaked off quite a lot I wont be buying

Amazing staying power!

This is my go-to drugstore waterproof gel eyeliner. In fact, it is actually comparable to the more expensive ones you can get at Sephora. This provides major staying power!!! My eyeliner looks as good at the end of a long day as it does in the morning right after I've done my makeup. I also like the brush that comes with it, which is rare with brushes that come with eyeliner pots.

i like this product. i like the color of it. i just have a problem using it. i find it hard to use the brush that comes with it is hard to use. i recommend this product if you know how to use this style of eye liner.

For the type of liner it is, it is very good. It comes with it's own brush and a tiny pot of really thick wax looking black liner. It's not goopy or gel like to transfer onto the brush, but soft beeswax-like. It applies quickly and smoothly with little strokes. From close up I feel the application looks a lot like a good quality kohl in that it bleeds out microscopically and doesn't give that sharp dramatic line that liquid liners do. It's superior in staying power (compared to liquids). Put it on your hand to test in the store that you can brush against with a finger, scratch with a fingernail, and rub across with a damp finger and it stays put on all fronts (and really rub the heck out of it very hard). That's it's best feature b/c sometimes i get a tiny scratch at the corner of my eye and poof my liquid liner is gone on 1/3 my eyelid.

One of the best eye liners I've found in a long time. It lasts forever and doesn't smudge or smear like others do. The black really makes eyes pop and give them a wide look.

It stays all day ! It could be darker, but its darker than many other drugstore gel liners

This worked well, went on smoothly, which is important for those of us with poor vision & unsteady hands! My only beef is that the product didn't have very many applications before drying out, so I'm only giving it 4 out of 5 due to that
