overall I like this product it is in fact waterproof and The consistency is a liquidy gel it's very black and very processed product last me a long time. you can create both thick and thin lines with this eyeliner

i do not really like this but i do not hate it. i found it wiped off easy, and had to put on a lot for it to really show up. i'm not a fan of the sparkle as you do not really see it.
