Does stay put for 24 hours

I love this eyeliner no need to sharpen its easy to apply and very forgiving if you make a mistake as the product claims it does stay on for 24 hours and really enhances the eyes I have had compliments from men and women about how nice it looks it's not expensive but works as well as a luxury brand doesc

Favorite drugstore eyeliner

This is my go-to drugstore eyeliner. It doesn't smudge (if you set it with eyeshadow) & its pigmented enough; probably not the blackest eyeliner out there, but still a very good one for the price.

Best Eyeliner Ever!

I've been using this liner for about 5 months and I LOVE it. I have tons of liners from 40 dollars down to 3 dollars. I reach for my Rimmel every time. Goes on like a dream and stays put FOREVER! No running!

This product is perfection! It is extremely pigmented and has,a ton of colour payoff on the waterline! It does not tug at your eyes at all it just smoothly glides across the waterline! This can also be used to tighline as well! I definitely recommend this product especially for it's price!

This is my go-to eyeliner. It has everything I want from an eyeliner. Very black, very dark, long lasting, easy to apply, goes on smooth and though not 100% smudge-free, it's pretty close.

This is the best brown eyeliner at the drugstore. Pigmented, smooth, long-wearing and a gorgeous rich brown shade with a hint of gold shimmer. I'll repurchase this pencil time and time again. (I don't recommend the taupe shade of this pencil - too dry!)

this scandaleyes waterproof Kohl Eyeliner. It glides on smoothly and has great pigments ( I learned that at my makeover)for instant impact. I bought the nude color to use of my water line. I believe its to make my eye look bigger. I guess I should check on that

This is the ONLY eyeliner I use now as it is the best. A cross between a gel-type liner and their regular kohl pencil it goes on super smooth and lasts for most of my day. I used to use a quick lighter flick on my eye pencils to get them this soft/easy to apply so I much prefer this!

Produit parfait pour moi qui a donné la petite touche qu'il me manquait pour un maquillage des yeux réussi. Je l'applique dans la muqueuse inférieure de l'oeil afin d'agrandir le regard. Je l'aime pour sa texture crémeuse qui s'applique à merveille et pour l'effet " bien reposé" qu'il me procure. Autre chose importante, il ne fait pas pleurer les yeux car il n'est pas irritant et tient toute la journée. Un maquillage n'est pas complet pour moi sans cette touche, j'en ai toujours un chez moi et je le recommande à toutes.
