Does stay put for 24 hours

I love this eyeliner no need to sharpen its easy to apply and very forgiving if you make a mistake as the product claims it does stay on for 24 hours and really enhances the eyes I have had compliments from men and women about how nice it looks it's not expensive but works as well as a luxury brand doesc

Worst Eyeliner

Absolutely hated this. The formula is weird in that you can't build it up. If you go over it with more, it wipes itself away?.. It also is very hard to remove if used in the waterline. Transfers easily too. Would not repurchase especially now that I know Rimmel isn't cruelty-free

HAS A BIT OF GLITTER

I find this particular eyeliner pencil needs to be sharpened often and the tip of it becomes very soft, therefore it breaks easily.

It does apply very smoothly and stays on quite well. It is waterproof and does contain a bit of glitter added. It is a very soft charcoal grey shade. I think I would prefer a darker, more prominent black pigment.

For the cost, I am uncertain if I would want to buy it again ($5.99) as it doesn't seem to last very long. I have been using it for two weeks and it is half gone already.

Favorite drugstore eyeliner

This is my go-to drugstore eyeliner. It doesn't smudge (if you set it with eyeshadow) & its pigmented enough; probably not the blackest eyeliner out there, but still a very good one for the price.

Best Eyeliner Ever!

I've been using this liner for about 5 months and I LOVE it. I have tons of liners from 40 dollars down to 3 dollars. I reach for my Rimmel every time. Goes on like a dream and stays put FOREVER! No running!

This product is perfection! It is extremely pigmented and has,a ton of colour payoff on the waterline! It does not tug at your eyes at all it just smoothly glides across the waterline! This can also be used to tighline as well! I definitely recommend this product especially for it's price!

This liner has a bit of a bulky packaging, but not in a bad way as the "cover" does more than just cover the pencil. I prefer automatic liner or ones that you need to sharpen. Not only do I not need a sharpener for this one, it sharpens itself! Love it, so you can always have a sharp point to make a more precise/thinner line. The liner is a little "harder" than some, not that you really need to work it and press super hard on your lid to get it to transfer, it's just not as super soft as some. Once on however it's not going anywhere, you can touch your eyes and it doesn't smudge. Pretty great liner all around.

This is my go-to eyeliner. It has everything I want from an eyeliner. Very black, very dark, long lasting, easy to apply, goes on smooth and though not 100% smudge-free, it's pretty close.

This is the best brown eyeliner at the drugstore. Pigmented, smooth, long-wearing and a gorgeous rich brown shade with a hint of gold shimmer. I'll repurchase this pencil time and time again. (I don't recommend the taupe shade of this pencil - too dry!)
