Ehh, this is probably the worst mascara I've tried. I didn't want to write a bad review, as I really wanted to like this product, but it really wasn't a good mascara. I used the turquoise tube waterproof version, not the purple original one, so there may be differences in the product, but I wasn't impressed with this one. I have short straight lashes, so I always need to curl them. After curling my eyelashes and applying the mascara...and only 1 coat, the curl in my lashes automatically went away. After 2 coats, there was a little lengthening and some volume...but overall, I wasn't impressed as the curl automatically disappeared, and the mascara IS called "sexy CURVES full volume and CURVE". However, I got this mascara on sale for $2.5 I believe, so I guess it was worth the try for a mascara. This might work better on someone who has naturally curly and longer lashes. On the positive note, the formulation was quite black and it did add some volume to my lashes.

I had heard many great things about this mascara, especially from people in the UK (pixiwoo). I wasn't planning on buying it but I saw it at the drugstore for 4 bucks on sale, a sale like this will guarantee that i will buy it.

The wand looks like it doesn't serve a purpose but it actually has a few benefits. One that I love it is that it can function like the givenchy phenomen'eyes mascara but it's better. The problem with the ball applicator mascara's is that the stick right next to it gets tons of the formula on it and when you are applying the mascara on your lashes you are likely to get a big blob on another part of your lashes from the stick. The great thing about sexy curves is that it has three ball-like shapes on the applicator that can act as the individual balls but there is no chance that you will get the awful blob. Awesome
The grooves help you apply a lot of product and then the balls separate the lashes.

This mascara is very versatile in the way that it is a great one-coat mascara for a natural look, it is great for layering AND it also works really well - almost as a top coat - on top of other mascaras for finishing definition or length at the ends. I apply this ontop of two coats of some maybelline colossal (which gives me full and fluffy lashes) to define the ends.

Rimmel sexy curves also lasts a looooooooong time. A lot of mascaras dry out or at least change texture really quickly, but this one stays the same for a good while. I have a feeling that the plastic application has something to do with it, unlike the fiber wands that might absorb the product. I also feel like the seal must be really tight because it has never dried out on me.

Even if it weren't on sale I would still buy this mascara, it's affordable and very versatile. You probably don't even need a lash curler with this one.

It also washes off very nicely, which is a great selling point for me because I hate extra mascara residue.

WONDERFUL PRODUCT! For once a company delivers EXACTLY what the promise, Full, thick, rich and curved lashes! It lengthens every lash, even the corner lashes! The brush is easy to manipulate and just the right size so that you don't wack yourself in the nose or the eyebrow ( we've ALL done it)! I recommend this to everyone- people with all types of lashes-long, short, thick or thin lashes!

I honestly bought this out of complete randomness, and after the tons of mascaras I've gone threw I believe the whole term of 'curvy' was just an attractive word they used for product sales. But this mascara honestly gives your lashes a sexy, sultry look. You only really notice it at the ends, but you can definitely see it, if you're looking for an easy way to get those lashes into some shape, here you go!

OHMYGOODNESS~ this is like heaven on earth. I like my lashes to be curled, but too much use of curlers left my lashes hurting and falling out. i was terrified of even looking at lash curlers! then this mascara came along...in a purple tube-my fav color!!

when i got it, i was thinking it may work, it may not, i was used to being dissppointed in mascaras, so i bought it and tried it on, and omg! it curled my lases in such a way that it looked natural and dramatic. all without the curlers!

ths is a must have for any girl, and its not too badly priced!

I love love this mascara.. It does wonders for my lashes. Most mascaras either curl or volumize or lengthen. This one actually does all the above. The formula doesn't clump on me and I really love the wand. It gets even those harder to reach lashes at the inner corner.. I will repurchase!

Using this mascara I was skeptical at first because of the wand, but when I first applied it to my lashes it didn't clump and it seperated and lengthen my lashes pretty well and gave them more length which i like since i have short and curly lashes. I would recommended this to anyone looking for a mascara to lengthen and seperate without the clumping.

I received this product from Rimmel. Despite the fact that it comes in an electric purple tube, this mascara didn't do the trick for me. My problem with it is that it doesn't do what it says: volumize (it's in the product name). Even though it does live up to the second half of its promise (curving), you'll know from my past mascara reviews that volume is the prime factor for me, and this one does not give my lashes enough of it.

I don't mind spending big money on mascara, because I think if you pay for quality, that's exactly what you'll get. Yes, it's a little pricey ($9) but it works!

Typically, with mascara I put two coats on my eyelashes, but you don't have to do that with this mascara, because it does the trick the first time you apply. There is no clumping and they appear longer to me anyway.

I highly recommend this product if you're looking for a reliable mascara!
