Smooth and creamy, this eye liner goes on great and lasts all day. It's perfect for lining the inside of my eyes and is very blend-able. The pencil doesn't irritate my eyes - which is always a good thing - and at $7, I would definitely buy this again. I have not tried a lot of Rimmel's products, but have been extremely happy with this purchase.

I always wear eyeliner, liquid or penicil sometimes both. I wear this brand in black, but I have seen many various colors for those with different tastes.
When it comes to pencil eyeliner this product is the best Ihave ever found. Even compared to brands like Estee Lauder, Rimmel beats them all hands down. The product is not as cheap as brands like NYC, however for the few extra dollars you get more than your moneys worth. It is easy sharpening. Goes on smooth and where you want it. It has minimal smuding (unless you purposely smudge it for effect), and very long lasting. The best eyeliner out there in my opinion,

This eye pencil is really smooth and soft. I got the pencil in white to use as a eye highlight. Very easy to apply and comfortable to wear. If I remember correctly I got the eye pencil for around $4.00. Very happy with the purchase I can't think of any cons.

I've tried so many pencil liners in the past it's hard to count how many times I've been utterly confused when my lids look untouched 5 minutes after the liner is applied. Some are too soft, some are too greasy, some are too hard - one I tried, an Annabelle liner, had the consistency of a hard-graphite pencil. OW! - and so I was almost ready to give up the search for a brown liner to compliment my hazel eyes.

Then I found Rimmel Soft Kohl in Brown. This liner does EVERYTHING (as long as it stays sharpened). The texture is silky, but not so soft that it can't form a fine line. If I set with a layer of sheer powder, it stays put all day, even though my lids tend to get slick with grease in all but the dryest of weather.

For the price, this stuff is indispensable.

I absolutely agree with all the previous reviewers. This has the best consistency I have ever found in an eye pencil. I bought this in 'jungle green,' which is a nice emerald colour. It glides on to your lid like butter, and stays put until smudged intentionally or not. Unfortunately for me, I'm notorious for rubbing my eyes, but that's my own fault. On my good days, however, this eye pencil delivers. For girls who have always wanted to try jewel tones in their makeup, I highly recommend this colour. It has the perfect amount of shimmer. It is gorgeous both as a solid line and when smoked out. What can I say? This eye pencil is a jack of all trades.

Now if I can only find a way to stop rubbing my eyes...

Fab eyeliner! So soft on your eyelid! Also it doesn't smudge easily and it is very effective.

Originally I bought an Annabelle white eyeliner, which was a complete disaster and another review altogether. But let's just say it was such a disappointment that my mum took pity on me and went out and bought me this as a gift. I wasn't sure, and it was my first Rimmel London product, but... I'm sold! This just glides on so easily, is gentle if I use it on my inner lid and doesn't scratch my eye. It's creamy, but not so bad that the whole pencil tip just falls off and smears across the area of application. Gentle, long-lasting, eye-catching? (no pun intended!) This was one of the best gifts! I'm so glad my mum introduced me to Rimmel; I can't wait to try more of their products.

The blendability and consistency of these pencil liners are really good! I find that they feel quite smooth, but at the same time do not smudge so easily, unintentionally at least. If you want them to smudge, use a smudging brush or your finger and it works quite well! Breakage when sharpening is also not a problem. They come at a good price, for a great liner!
