I didnt like this one much it wore off quickly.

I own this pencil in white and black. The white is great I use it on my water line to brighten my eyes. The black is ok, it is not that dark and does wear off quickly. These do not irritate my eyes. I would only repurchase the white one.

as you can tell from my ratings, these pencils are just average. i've got two, one in pure white and one in jet black. i find that even through the 8 hours of my day, the black liner under my lashline doesn't budge. of course it's not as pigmented at the end of the day, but it's still there. i use the white one in my waterline, and it definetely doesn't last all day. i don't expect it too, and i much rather my mac fascinating eye kohl. will i repurchase these? the black one, yes. the white one, no. wet n wild's white eyeliner gives me the same results in the waterline and is only 99 cents, so. pigmentation isn't great on either the black or white, but isn't bad either. i like them for lining the lashline, but not the waterline.

I've found this to be the best drugstore eyeliner I could find. And it's at a great price too! It goes on really well (doesn't tug at your skin), and you can smudge it slightly for a smokey look. It doesn't smudge too easily though :) I would definitely recommend this eyeliner!

This pencil worked OK for what I wanted it to do. I was looking for a white pencil to line my lower waterline with (to make my eyes look bigger.)

The pencil makes my waterline white, but it leaves flaky white bits on my lashes since I have to press harder than preferable to create visible skin lightening.

In general, you get what you pay for. It's a cheap pencil that will make do, but there are many other products out there that work much better. I would not use these pencils for a regular eyeliner, simply because the actual product is so hard.

This is great stuff! This is the only eyeliner that doesn't burn my eyes and it goes on very well! I LOVE IT!

Purchased from Walmart for $3.99. It's often on sale at Shoppers Drug Mart for around the same price.

What I LOVE:

- Long staying power (even without the help from the eyeshadow)
- No raccoon eyes!
- Easy to sharpen
- Comes in a variety of shades

What's not-so-good:
- Removing it at the end of the day is a hassle for a non-waterproof liner

All-in-all:
Everything about this eyeliner is amazing. It does all that it should and more. Plus it comes in a bunch of colours at a really great price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who's frustrated with their eyeliner at the moment, or for those who would like to try eyeliner out because it is a great 'starter' liner!

This was a pretty good liner at a drugstore price! I only have one, in the colour Green Shimmer. I like the colour for lining my lower lash line for a pop of colour when I do a neutral eye. It went on smoothly without tugging, and lasted about 5 or 6 hours. It wasn't the best eyeliner I've tried, but it was a good drugstore product at an affordable price.

After reading good reviews on this liner, I purchased it and disagree. The price was great, but there was nothing special about the way it goes on or stays throughout the day. It didn't feel smooth and did rub off. I don't recommend this liner.

This is a great eyeliner to line on your lower lash water line with. Its soft kohl so it glides on very smoothly & only needs one swipe. My only Problem is that I do need to reapply here & there. But other than that it does the job for me. =]
