This is the very first powder makeup I have purchased since using makeup and I absolutely love it. I have oily skin, so it leaves it nice and matte. love it.
Great powder for finishing and touch-up. It does keep the shine away. Doesn't look cakey. The texture is finely milled. Great bang for the buck. Highly recommend!
I love this powder! It's my everyday go-to powder. It lasts a decently long time and definitely reduces shine. It does a pretty good job setting my makeup, but I do wish it lasted longer.
My skin is very shiny, and this pressed powder is a godsend! It works very well with my skin, and it doesn't break the bank in terms of price. I will be buying this product again.
Very good powder for setting foundation. Not too thick feeling when you apply it. Keeps my makeup in place throughout the day! Would definitely recommend this to others.
Good day my fellow Chick Advisors,I bought this Rimmel press powder at Shoppers drug mart for 8-10$ what a waste! Rimmel usually makes good products but this isn't one of them.I found this not to blend well or coverage. It falls/settles into any little laugh lines and sits like a dusty film on your face. This is one I don't recommend.
It used to be $5.99 consistently where I shopped amd now it's $8.99 which sucks because I hate spending money on makeup!! I DO like this product though so I still purchase it, but I don't use it everyday. It isn't so light that the pressed powder flakes everywhere like some other brands. Nice for all day wear and also doesn't get clumpy when I wear it during a workout.
I have only been using this for a short time. But now that I am using I use it everyday. It sets my makes awesome and gives that flawless look! This really do need to be apart of your makeup bag!
The price and quality is fairly good fo a drugstore powder. It kept me matte all day. But there was a downside. I tried applying on multiple days, with less moisturizer and more. While the powder kept me matte, it emphasized all fine lines and made me look dry when I had no dry skin. It just wasn't flattering. I didn't apply a lot either. Maybe this would be better for teenage skin or someone with little texture and more oily.
Rimmel London Stay Matte Pressed Powder is a very affordable powder found at most common drugstores. It is quite light so you don't feel caked on. I find the coverage to be light to medium but perhaps I have been using the Translucent shade. The packaging is not so good though as it comes with a cheap plastic cover that is nit very secure. It also does not come with a puff nor a mirror so you have to soppy your own ... which makes it inconvenient for travel. But for a few bucks it's OK to use at home or if you only need to go out for a couple of hours and don't plan on having to do any touch ups while on the go.
