Girly Girls, how can you pass up something shiney with glitters? I couldn't! I love make-up so I went out and bought this to try it and review it. It is not office wear. More an evening out. Great for creating dramatic eyes but you can play it down. Make-up wears well on me so I don't find staying power a problem. It has these great flecks of silver that catch any light. Try this for a smokey eye, you'll get those complaiments!
