Disappointing Results and Customer Service

I have combination skin and live in a cold and dry climate. I tried a peel from riversol, but unfortunately, it did not work for me. While I saw a slight improvement in my skin condition, it only lasted for a couple of days. I used the product once a week during winter, and it lasted for a few months. However, during the summer season, I started getting bumps.

Despite the brand's expensive price range, I got a good deal during Black Friday. However, I will not purchase their products again, as their customer support team asked me to discontinue buying their products after I requested a return, which I found offensive. They do offer a 60-day return policy without any conditions, but they did not stand by their claim.

I received a 15 day free Anti-aging sample kit for combination skin from Riversol that included the Glycolic Peel.

I tried the peel a little over halfway through my trial, as recommended. Despite being designed for sensitive skin, it slightly burned and irritated my skin. As this was my first time using a peel, I assumed this was an indication that it was working on my skin. However, once I washed it off, my skin was redder, but otherwise no different.
