Irritated skin

I got the Riversol 15 day sample kit. I started using it according to the recommendations. Starting from the cleanser and then moved to the moisturizer and this is when my face became itchy and red.
I tried the serum and had same results. I was disappointed because the product is supposed to be formulated for sensitive skin, I previously read awesome reviews about the sample kit for dry skin, but it didn't work for me.

Miraculous moisturizer!

First of all, about me. I am a 35 year old who has been hospitalized since December of 2017. Due to complications from sepsis with MRSA, I am permanently disabled.
Anyone who has spent any significant amount of time and a hospital knows that the air there is exceptionally dry. My face was proof of that, especially my forehead. I developed a palm sized patch of dry, scaly, flaky, angry looking skin that proved to be ALMOST impossible to get rid of! How embarrassing right?
We tried every OTC extra strength moisturizer, lotion, cream, oil / serum. We tried every home remedy available on Google. My doctors were baffled when even their prescription-strength solutions were ineffective.
That is until I found Riversol's promo for a 15day sample of their Anti-aging kit (incl moisturizing cleanser, anti-aging serum and the concentrate).
Now this promo is free with only $5-6 for shipping & handling but being hospitalized for so long, I lost literally everything I owned and have zero income. My customer service rep not only expressed sincere concern for my condition, recognized my struggle and offered such unexpected wishes for my recovery, but he offered to waive the shipping and handling costs and sent me my kit for free!
Now, upon receipt of this incredible kit, I was ecstatic to find the moisturizing cleanser to be gentle and effective and left my skin feeling more moisturized post-wash(!!). the anti-aging serum made my skin feel...alive. Like I'd just made a much needed investment in it and it was sending messages to my brain saying "thank you!!" But the moisturizing concentrate is one of those products that the first time you try it, your entire life is changed permanently! It was SO thick and smooth, nongreasy and smelled fantastic. After 18 months of not being able to look on the mirror, it only took three applications of this concentrate for my forehead to show signs of improvement and each use provided more and more powerful moisturizing until after day ten, my embarrassing patch was a thing of the past! I stretched my sample out and made it last about 22 days and I've been out of it for about three weeks now and my forehead is still healed <3
Thanks to Riversol and their extraordinary kindness to me, my self confidence received a giant boost! I'm not sure you can imagine the struggles a newly disabled person goes through, but the hardest part for me is accepting that THIS is my life and knowing/accepting that I can still be beautiful on for wheels!! So, because of Riversol's assistance in my transformation to a (shakily) confident woman, I've decided to make it my life's purpose to reach out to other disabled women who have fallen into the self pity/hatred pit and are struggling like I was (and still am tbh-I can't afford the products that used to make me feel beautiful) and show them that they can be disabled and still feel beautiful and although our bodies may be broken, there's no reason not to love ourselves and be proud! We did make it through hell, afterall!

Good moisturizing cream

I have very dry skin that is becoming more sensitive as I get older. I also live in a very dry climate, so I was excited to try the 15 day sample that Riversol offers. I received the moisturizing concentrate for Very Dry skin and I was very happy with the results. A pea size amount goes a long way and I was able to use my cream for longer than the 15 days. It looks like Riversol doesn't have a night cream and I would be satisfied to use this both morning and night.
