Rizopia Brown Rice Lasagna Noodles - what can I say except yummy! 100 % gluten free with a great texture when cooked. Like any gluten free Rice Flour product - you need to watch portions as they tend to be high in carbs - but makes an excellent tasting lasagna for a treat. I don't pre-cook them in lasagna either - just prepare like the normal oven ready lasagna. I can usually make (3) small lasagna's from one box - so I find the pricing quite reasonable for a gluten free product. Made in Canada too!
