    Best flour to make pastry

    It is a little expensive, but this is a top product! You can't compare with an all-purposed flour. It is easy to work with, and the texture of the pastries are amazing.

    Only way to bake....

    This is the only flour I use when making my pastry. I have tried other brands in the past and always come back to this one. It's price is a little higher than the average no name brand but worth spending your money on the quality. I usually wait to buy it when it's on sale but will spend full price to get the best results. My pastry always comes out light and flakey and it's so easy to work with. Will continue to use this for years to come, sharing it with family and friends and anyone who asks!
