    Get your baking on!

I have gluten issues and cannot use many items labelled ‘gluten free’. I have come to love and rely on Robin Hood gluten free flour as my go to for all my home baking needs. It can be used as a flour substitute in any recipe. It holds shape of the baked goods, doesn’t cook ‘dry’, and tastes delicious. I just made a double batch of banana/haskap bread today and had a slice for dessert. 10/10 for quality and taste.

    Best I’ve used !

We are new to Celiac and gf flours ! I bought the GF Flour from Robin Hood and am amazed at how my recipes work so well using it ... yes the dough feels gritty but once the item is baked you cannot tell the difference from the ones made with gluten or without ! I am sorry to see the poor reviews and am glad I didn’t see them before I bought it. The price is crazy expensive but what, gluten free, isn’t !

Robinhood gluten free flour makes me sick!

This flour makes me as sick as regular flour! I have tried every kind out there since I am gluten intolerant. It gives me cramps and nausea....as for cooking with it! It is grainy and recipes do not turn out nice....do not try if you have severe gluten intolerance or celiac disease! Do not waste your money...better GF flour out there!

    Don't waste your money

I have tried countless gluten free flour blends and this one is by far the worst I have ever used! It's an extremely dry flour, takes 3-4 times the normal amount of liquid in a recipe and is still as dry as sawdust when it comes out of the oven.

    Not a fan

As a baker, I get a lot of orders for gluten free cakes and cupcakes. I saw the Robin Hood gluten free flour blend and decided to try it out as it was more budget friendly than my usual brand. I was not impressed. The cake was very grainy, which I know is common, but this was like eating grit. I will stick with my regular brand.

Thank you! Finally a GF flour that actually behaves like wheat flour. I cook, I bake and I entertain... A LOT! I've tried all the brands, even ones that you would expect to perform well. So far, Robin Hood Gluten Free flour is the only brand that has never let me down. GF flour isn't inexpensive and neither are quality ingredients. So having baking failures is not an option for me. Perhaps you might like to offer larger packages of this product. Larger packaging would be more economical.

I was hoping i had truly found an all purpose gluten free flour but for me robin hoods gluten free flour is srill rexipe specific. It cab be used ro replace all purpose flour in any rexipe but i hwve not found that ro be the case. The flour is gluten free and has good taste but be wary that it mau work better for some thinfs and not others. Personally i have foind it easirr to make mu own mixes specific to my rrxipes and wjat i am baking.
This flour is worth havinf around when in a jam.

I am so happy that I can now buy Robin Hood Gluten Free Flour. It's a great all purpose flour for my gluten free baking. Although it's a little expensive, it's good that I can find it almost everywhere I shop.
