Quick To Make

This is more of a bread-type loaf not a cake. It is really easy to make. It just takes water, oil and eggs. I like the lemon poppyseed combo. When you want something in a hurry try this.

This tastes exactly like the lemon poppyseed loaf that you can get at most bakeries or coffee shops!
It is absolutely delicious, and is moist and dense. It is definitely filling and paired great with coffee or tea. It is so easy to prepare as well, and takes little to no effort.
When you can get this mix on sale, it is a steal! Definitely takes half the time of making something from scratch and almost tastes just as good

A decent baking mix if you don't like to bake from scratch

I made this for a company potluck. I tasted the batter before baking and I'm glad I did. It was little bland, so I added the fresh zest of one lemon, and a teaspoon of pure lemon extract. Because of my additions, it turned out pretty well, but I didn't find it sweet enough as the regular lemon loaf that I normally make from scratch.

If you don't like to bake and are looking for a mix that will help you to whip something up quickly, it is worth buying, but I would add some lemon zest and extract if you have it.
