I use to use this lip balm for years as it was pretty much the only thing that actually conditioned and soothed my chapped lips. However, much to my disappointment they have changed the formulation and now the product is way too waxy and dry. It does not condition my lips anywhere close to the way it did before. I never had a problem paying the price they asked for before but will not pay the price for a run of the mill chap stick.
