Roc was a fairly expensive splurge on makeup remover for me, but I haven't been dissapointed. It feels very lightweight, with an oil-like quality, and does not feel as though it is stripping too much away. It works thoroughly. I use a Q-Tip to remove eye makeup from my eyeliner area if there is any leftover after washing my face, and have always used Roc without worrying about too much staying on my skin.
