Supposed to be perfecting but was a bit disappointing

After use it does make skin feel fresh and clean. However, it does state that it is a skin perfecting toner and I saw absolutely no difference to my skin whatsoever.

Bought this product after using RoC's cleansing water and loving it for helping keep my skin super clean and acne free. This was on sale and it works great without drying my skin out since it's alcohol free. I just remove my makeup, cleanse and tone every night and my skin hasn't looked this good in a really long time. I plan to go to RoC for most of my skin care problems from now on :)
