Great quality product - so many uses.

I put this under the Food & Drink category as that's the easiest place to find it is in a grocery store, but it could equally go under the Wellness or Beauty categories as well because there's just so many uses for coconut oil.

I've found Rockwell's to be an excellent quality brand. It's organic and cold-pressed, the highest form of coconut oil out there. The taste and scent is smooth and heavenly.

I've used Rockwell's on my hair and skin for moisturizing and sunscreen, and in recipes for the nutrition and taste.
