This ROCS remineralizing oral care system is reminiralizing gel. My dentist recommended it to apply every evening after toothbrush with non fluoride toothpaste. This gel contains minerals what makes teeth strong and healthy. After pregnancy my teeth became soft and very sensitive. I used this gel during 2 weeks (as my dentist said) and my teeth became normal and strong. Use it every couple months for two weeks and I have no complaints about my teeth
