Every month I am screwed over by my cell phone bill. I don't know what the problem is, I have called them and changed my plan numerous times. My cell phone bill is between $90-150/month. I don't even have any fancy features, there is text messaging, voice mail and caller ID. It is really ridiculous that they can't provide the service of a cell phone for a reasonable price. Recently I noticed that my phone is breaking at the top. It's still usable, but eventually I will have to replace the whole thing. When I called Rogers to try to get a new phone they told me that I am not eligible for a new phone until January 2010! If I want a new one before then I have to pay for it. I just think for such a big company they should try to be competitive with their pricing. I wish I wasn't locked into a contract, I would have switched a long time ago!
