A good set for beginners or kids.

I was given this as a gift and was surprised at the quality. It is a very basic set but the quality is there for someone starting out. I have been making art for a very long time and found that the quality just wasn't there for my own work but I shared it with my niece and she just loved it. I do really love the watercolor paper that came with it, I would say that was the best part for me. The watercolors and pencils fall a little short in their pigment but it is a really decent set for kids.
