Used this for my joint pain from fibromyalgia since the only thing that seems to work is heat. It definitely helped make it more tolerable. The smell was a bit strong - it didn't bother me, but my kids wouldn't sit near me!

I love this stuff. I apply it after I take a shower so I'm not rubbing rubbing off dead skin. My boyfriend hates it though. We're both knot balls from stress and the more tense the muscles, the warmer it gets so he can't stand the burning sensation which makes me question how high my pain threshold is. It smells amazing, I love peppermint, and I wake up feeling so much better with it. most days I wake up groggy with my back screaming at me but it helps a lot.

i hated the smell. Was much to overpowering for me. I had to wash it off in a panic lol...

I should qualify by saying that A 535 is effective in reducing pain. My concern is that it is VERY strong. I noticed that the nail polish on my right hand always looked like it had been touched before it was dry, and lacked the shine that I had on the other hand. I suspected, then confirmed that it actually ate the nail polish,,,so more than a review of its effectiveness, I suggest using gloves if you are applying it on a regular basis.

This is a great cream to use when you have stiff and sore muscles. I like to apply it at night because it does have a bit of an odor, and if you apply during the day, you could have that old person moth balls smell to you for the whole day. Other than that, i think it was really effective in helping with my sore back and muscles overnight.

I used the original Rub A535 cream for years for sore muscles after running, for sore backs and pretty much any where it hurt.
