I have purchased several of these and each have stopped working within a month of purchase. The spray nozzle on both mops was defective. Rubbermaid expected me as the customer to jump through hoops to fix my defective purchase. Not impressed with this product or company.
I replaced my traditional mop with the Rubbermaid Reveal Mop primarily because I can use my own homemade solution with the refillable container and the mop pads are machine washable. Easy Peasy! Wish I had bought more than 1 pad though.

A great reusable mop.
Interchangeable heads. Mop, scrubbing mop and dusting. All heads are machine washable. The container is refillable while giving you the choice on your desired cleaner.
Saves time and money over it's competitors.
I love everything about this product. You can use your own product, even vinegar and water if that is your choice! Mine came with two mop heads and you can just throw them in the washing machine. It's a manual spray which I don't mind but if you have arthritis in your hands or carpel tunnel this is something to be aware of. Very durable, I've had to do something heavy duty scrubbing with it and it's still going strong. This was worth every penny and by far the best household cleaning product I've ever bought!
Just bought this two weeks ago, we have a puppy and mud track season is upon us! I always keep it at the ready, when the pad gets dirty into the wash it goes! Awesome product, very friendly to the environment
I really like this product, from the removable pad that you can wash to the bottle that you can fill with your own cleaner. However the handle breaks where it joins the bottom piece with the lightest pressure. I've had two now and it has happened to both. Unfortunate as this product is great otherwise.
I hate the regular mops where you have to fill the bucket and wring out the mop... not to mention if your sometimes lazy and leave the mop in the bucket, it gets all smelly.
I've also tried the swiffer, but find they are too fiimsy and aren't that great.
During a recent trip to Nova Scotia, my mother in law was using this new mop, the Rubbermaid Reveal. She absolutely loves it and swears by it.
This week I decided I wanted a new mop. So I went out and purchased the Rubbermaid Reval for $28.99 and an extra pad for $5.99 at my local walmart store.
I filled the solution up with mr.clean and water, and started mopping! OMG!!! It is amazing!!! I have all week kept my floors cleaned with this mop. I'm so in love with it, i will never go back to any other style of mop!
I have the rubbermaid reveal and i just love it and that i can clean all my floors at once instead of switching to a new cleaner or a new mop and it's great that the pads are washable not disposable. Love it
I am torn with this product. My steam mop broke and I didn't really want to spend that money again so I bought this. Re-useable/washable pads are great, the option to use your own cleaning product is great. The actual pads kind of stick when I am mopping and it isn't really a smooth motion, making it awkward and clumbsy. I am using it right now but will definitely be passing it along in the near future and buying a new steam mop.
There are things that I really love about this mop, and things that I really don't.
What I love:
-Refillable bottle that you can put any kind of cleaning product in, or just use water.
-The spray trigger is conveniently located and easy to use.
-It cuts my floor washing time in half.
-The reuseable pads are machine wash and dryable and you can purchase extra ones if you'd like.
What I don't love:
-There is nothing on the mop to help with tough, stuck on messes. You have to get on your hands and knees for that part.
-It doesn't reach very well into tight spaces or under furniture, it's a tad bulky.
To sum it up, the idea behind this mop is genius, the price is fair and it is so easy to use. It works great for light to medium cleaning duty. But I would skip it if you tend to have tough, stuck on food on your floor. It doesn't work at all on that.
**After loyally using this brand of mop for over a year, I thought I should add that the durability of these mops is horrible. I am on my 3rd mop since the first 2 broke. I am also having problems with the 3rd mop. I contacted Rubbermaid when the 2nd one broke and they sent me certificates to buy a new one. I contacted them again when the 3rd mop was defective and was told that they would send me a certificate once again, but that this would be the last time. Real nice when they are supposed to have a 1 year warranty. Grrrr! Time for a new mop**
