a great snack bar

i would buy this bar on sale. i received it as a sample. i liked the chewy texture of date/chocolate. The crunchy nuts were good too. i used it as a meal substitute since i had a big lunch. it has 12 g of protein and 210 calories. it has left me sated for a long time. great to have as an emergency snack.

Simple ingredients definitely good for you!

Im skeptical with all these different nutritional bars out there. But I love this one! For its simple ingredients and taste! Doesn’t taste like plastic. I’d purchase this item again!

Very surprised by how much I actually enjoyed this bar! Very tasteful and love that it has all the nutrients you need! Definitely perfect for breakfast on the go or before a workout!

A single bar retails for around $3 (CAD) and could be a little steep for an average Joanna like me😊; however, considering the ingredients in the bar it's worth the price.

Tasty Protein Bar

This protein bar, made of egg whites, almonds, cashews, and dates, is gluten-free, and has 12 grams of protein and 5 grams of fibre. As a great-tasting protein alternative, its chocolate sea salt flavour was a major plus!

Pleasantly surprised!

I received this as a free sample from Sampler. To be honest I didn’t have high hopes since I’m not big on dates but this bar is pretty good. I do taste a hint of chocolate which gives the bar a good after taste. The texture is nice especially having the crunchy almonds to balance it. Makes for a great snack on the go, perfect for your purse or diaper bag.....I’m definitely going to try the other flavours.

A nutritious and delicious snack

This bar is a very delicious and nutritious snack to eat on the go for energy. I received this through Sampler and I'm quite happy and pleased with this. Although it is a bit on the costly side, I would buy this as a special treat for myself from time to time.

Small bar packs a punch

I buy these for my whole foods hubby and he loves them, the flavour, the ingredients, and as a snack they keep him going. We love the chocolate more than the coconut. They are expensive but we don’t go through them like a normal granola bar. I buy the mixed box at Costco, that’s where I’ve found the best value.

Love these delicious protein bars

I'm all about fuelling my body with whole foods, and these bars are great purse-stashers for on-the-go nutrition. My only thing is I wish they would be a bit less expensive because I love them so much, but I sometimes catch them on sale from Walmart and Shoppers.

Great low-ingredient option

I was on the hunt for a grain-free, whey-free granola bar for snacking on the run and this is it! I love the taste, but if you don't love dates this isn't for you.
