Prolly nutritious but couldn't care enough to find out.

Got a free sample of this bar and from the ingredients, I believe it could be packed with rich nutrients but I put it in the fridge and by the time I thawed it to eat it was soo thick and solid and sticky, there was no way I could tell if that's what it was supposed to be like or if putting it in the fridge was not a recommendation.

Since I couldnt bite down on it, had to toss it sadly. They need to work on its consistency or texture for sure.

Not my favorite

I was not a fan of this protein bar. It was very hard to chew, you didn't get a real idea of what flavor it was until after you swallowed it, it really was not bad but not good.
