RX A.M. OATS are hearty and taste just like pure Maple. The texture seemed just about right. The sturdy cup offers three ways to prepare RX A.M. OATS: Hot Water, Microwave, and Overnight Oats. I use one part water and one part 100% apple juice with the (Recommended) Hot Water Directions. Yummers! “Breakfast just got real.”, is the statement atop the container and I concur. RX A.M. OATS has generous amounts of fruit, almonds, is gluten-free oats, and, 12g Protein, 6g fiber, along with some measure of Calcium and Potassium. You know, “No B.S.”!
