Unsure of product

I am unsure of the effectiveness of this product as I have been using the serum for about a week now and I can’t see a lasting difference in my skin. It’s just for the day which it last for fine lines but not so much for wrinkles if you are wanting to hide them properly without it looking like you are trying too.
