Not the quality I expected :(

I love eggplant dips so I thought I would try this one. Sabra is known for their high quality products, particularly their hummus dips. I was a bit disappointed at this particular dip though as although the eggplant is grilled there isn’t much of a charred flavour or seasoning added to it. It basically tastes like mushy eggplant. You could make your own at home and it’s also a lot cheaper!
