Never Again

We purchased this car seat for my oldest. Before our year warranty was up we contacted costumer services about the pull strap fraying underneath the seat and catching in the mechanism and not making our son secure in the seat. Customer service was nice and gave us a second seat. However our second seat is doing the same thing and we are going through the same warranty issue. This seat is also extremely bulky and hard to install. I don't recommend it for smaller vehicles. We have a van and its still extremely bulky. The only thing we do like about it, my son likes how tall it makes him feel so he can see out the windows better.
