I paid $10.99 for a 2 pack (off Amazon) of these lights and I am impressed!

The lighting is bright, but spread out, not a giant beam. When plugged in, it does not get hot (therefore safe if children try and touch it-- though, I would not plug in reach of a child regardless as that only tempts to play with the outlet)

I think these are definitely worth the money!
