This is a mist you spray over your head and walk into as you breath it in. It smells very refreshing/invigorating. A sort of citrusy herbal smell.

It is supposed to wake you up and help you study! I love this. As a law student, after too many coffees, I like turning to this to refresh my alertness after a long day!
