I purchased this sleep remedy to help me get a better night''s sleep. It comes in a 10ml rollerblading which I apply on my temples, wrists and bottom of feet. First of all it comes in a dark amber colored roll on with a twist off lid. You don't need to use much product as a little goes a long way. The smell is very strong! I was told 90% of individuals don't like the smell. It is a blend of lavender, chamomile, green mandarin, vetiver, valerian, jasmine and Nerou. The smell does get some getting used to but will wear off. I sometimes reapply in middle of night. It moderately works for me, first few nights seemed to help. Though as I continue using it I am not sure how much as I still don't sleep through the night. If you are looking for a natural remedy to help you sleep I recommend trying it as Sage has a great return policy even if product has been used.
