Tasty but perhaps not so healthy...

I really enjoy the unique flavour combinations in #Sahale snacks, with a mix of nuts, fruits and spices. I also love the story behind the founders of this company which can be found at their website. This pomegranate vanilla glazed cashew mix is a great combination of sweet and salty, perfect to satisfy any craving! The downsides are the price per package, which can be upward of $8/bag and the nutritional information. Although nuts provide a great source of healthy fats, the added sugars, salt, and calories from the dried fruits and glazes can be a bit much for one snack. They are worth a try!
