A tip I learned from Saje is you can actually roll a dab on your wrist and lick it off which will get all of the good enzymes going in your mouth to help you digest food better! I dont leave home without this product. Fennel/black licorice scent may turn some people off (me included) but I definitely got used to it.

I had been looking at this for awhile but do the price was a bit hesitant to purchase. I then received it as a gift and man am I happy I did! It's great if you have digestive disorders or diseases (I have Crohn's disease) and am no stranger to stomach pain. The oil is made of fennel, peppermint, and chamomile, so all natural ingredients known to help ease stomach pain. Definitely worth a try!
