As an individual who suffers from chronic headaches and ingests many a pill to combat these headaches, I am happy I have found relief in a more natural way. Peppermint halo has been a life saver for me, and I own several roll on sticks. I can safely use this while at work knowing my headache will soon be manageable. My first stop when I have a headache is this essential oil roll on, simply apply to the back of your neck and your temples. The essential oils help relax the mind (lavender) and offers relief and relaxes muscles with a cooling effect from the mint and heating effect from the rosemary. I also love using it when I have a cold, I roll some oil onto the palms of my hands and cup over my mouth and nose and inhale.

Personal favourite!

Love this roll on! I have four of them and always make sure I have one handy. I love the cooling affect from the peppermint. Whenever I feel a headache coming on I apply it on the back of my neck and roll up towards my scalp, roll it on my temples and put a few dots on my scalp. It doesn't make the headache completely go away but it definitely takes away the achey pains and makes it much more tolerable. I also find it super refreshing on a hot day.

love the smell and it works

Ok it's not magic- it doesn't take away the worst migraines, but for a mild headache, I rub this on my forehead, nape of the neck and right under my nose and temples. I love the smell, it's invigorating and strong. Doesn't irritate my skin and makes me feel instantly better.

I like the way it cools on your head and how it feels on your body. I find it helps and does give some relief. I often get a little headaches due to neck pain and this certainly gives some relief.
I find it a little expensive for the size.

My Go To Headache Remedy

I have been a long time sufferer of headaches and migraines. I have tried many natural and medicinal products. I was looking for a more natural way to cope. Best Natural Headache Relief!

I started buying Sage's Peppermint Halo after a friend of mine let me borrow hers when I was suffering from a particularly bad headache, and it worked like a dream. Sometimes I get headaches that last for hours, even days and I can't keep using Advil over such an extended period of time, so a herbal remedy is the best.

The cooling feeling and the calming peppermint scent is just perfect for helping me get through a bad headache. It isn't perfect, of course, it can't help me get through a migraine unscathed, but I am so happy to have Peppermint Halo as a supplement to help me get through headaches. I prefer the roller version of the product to the pen one, as I feel that the roller puts out more product, but both work great!
