If you have never been to the Saje natural oil stores you are missing out! I suffer from headaches quite often. The pepperment oil is great. I just dab it on my temple or the back of my neck (where the headache source is) and in just a matter of minutes my headache subsides. Now, this doesn't work for me 100% of time. But many of my headaches are caused by muscle tension and repeative motion from work. I wouldn't expect an oil to solve an issue that I need to see a physiotherapist for. I do love this product and will make sure to keep a bottle in my medicine cabinet.

This is my go to remedy for headaches and even bug bites/pain release. I apply it all over my head and the back of my neck. I would give myself a little head massage afterwards. My headache is usually all better after 30 minutes of application. The smell is refreshing and extremely minty. Love the all natural product.

I always thought essential oils and their uses was kind of a myth - until a friend recommended I try Peppermint Halo. Seriously it is THE best remedy for a headache that I have ever used! I prefer not to take pills unless my headaches are unbearable - but now I just throw on some of this product and it works within at least 15-20 minutes - less time than a pill would take. Definitely worth the money and worth giving a try!
