I use rhis almost every night

I use this practically every night to help me sleep. It doesn’t smell great, but it works really well! Roll it under your feet for best results, and great for travelling. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for better sleep.

Works great if you can handle strong scents

It's not your typical sleeping remedy scent, like lavender. The scent is actually quite strong and can have the opposite effect on the user. Once I got over the smell, i actually dozed off. It now become a part of my nightly routine.
