This is a fantastic addition to my daily Omega-3. ❤ I love making chocolate Chia pudding. I add to my smoothies. A great fibre intake. NONGMO. Gluten-free. Vegan. 3,4 grams Omega-3. A fantastic whole food nutrients and minerals can be added to yogurt and baking. Giving me the feeling of fullness with its high fibre.
