Ok but not the best

Tried this out to help with my ruff cuticles. The product isn't terrible but it isn't perfect either. It is easy to use and apply without leaving a greasy mess as some oils do. As to its effectiveness it was ok. Did help a bit but not to the extent I was hoping.
