Until I was 47 years of age I chewed my fingernails right down to nothing. One day I finally noticed I had not chewed them in weeks and they began growing. I went out and since I had always bought Sally Hansen nail polish, (even though my nails were a mess) I bought a lovely pink shade of nail polish and I decided to grow with the Diamond Strength Shine Top and Base Coat as well. All I can tell you is, it helped my nails become stronger even though I wasnt expecting much from it. It worked. And it is my first buy when I buy other shades of nail polish. I wont wear any without the top and base coat as well. Take my word for it, go out and try it, you wont be disappointed. I wasnt and Im still not.

I love this top coat! it lasts quite a long time for me, even though im working with my hands all day this stuff really does its job. Usually i just paint my nails and leave them but i find when i use this top coat my nail colour lasts for so much longer and they are rock hard and shiny. This top coat is a good alternative when people dont have extra money to spend on shellac or pricey nail places. i recommend this product to the ladies on the go! :)
