I have always had problems with doing my own nails, like it would smudge or get messed up so when I set out to use this stuff I really wasn't expecting much since the Polish I used before it was awful.
I was incredibly surprised with this Polish. For once a quick dry Polish went on smoothly and dried pretty fast. The magnet was a really neat touch and helped get the nails dry quickly.
Its now been 5 days since I did my fingers and the Polish is still holding up strong with no chips so I went ahead and did my toes today too.
I absolutely plan on buying this again in the future and recommend it to anyone who doesn't have all day to wait for regular Polish to dry.
I mean, this is pretty expensive but it's incredibly cool. I find this shade is the best looking with the magnetic effects, because the black melds so nicely with the silver and makes an awesome effect. I never thought I coul get so excited about little wavy lines aha
I've been wanting this nail polish for a while but didn't want to spend 10 dollars on a nail polish that I didn't know would work. Anyways, I found 3 colours at dollarama so I was ecstatic. I tried the nail polish, put the magnet on top and it actually worked. The design came out really well and the process doesn't take very long and it was a bargain. If you want a more detailed design from the magnet, a tip is to put the nail polish on quickly and put the magnet over it. Just keep on practicing.
I absolutly love Sally Hansen Magnetic Nail Color. I went and bought one and would recommend it to everyone who loves nail polish. I've already got three colours and plan to buy more.
What an awesome affect that I can now do on my nails from home wow will be trying numerous other colors of this brand also
So today I was in the mood to try something different, that didn't require too much effort.
Low and behold, i came upon the Sally Hansen display at walmart, and the Magnetic Nail Color caught my eye right away. Awesome colors, and I love the effect it showed on the display.
So I get it home, and right away i open it up and start doing my nails. I put on my base coat, let dry then put on my 1st colour layer, let it dry, then put on the top coat and use the magnet, and WHOA, i love how little effort it took to create such an awesome design.
I love it. Definately recommend it.
Love this product! You put the first coat on as usual, let dry. The second coat is done one nail at the time. Make sure the second coat is nice and thick then hold the cap over the nail for 10 second and BINGO! Finish up with a top coat and you have beautiful nails!
Sally Hansen's new Magnetic Nail Colour is 3D nail art in seconds. .31 fl oz sells for $8.40 at Sears
STEP 1: Apply 1 coat of base coat. Shake Magnetic Nail Color to activate. Remove overcap with magnet and set aside. Apply 1 coat of Magnetic Nail Color to all 10 nails and let dry. STEP 2: Apply a thick second coat of color to 1 nail and immediately hold the built-in magnet over the nail. Rest the guide just below the cuticle without touching the wet nail polish. Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat for all 10 nails and let dry. Finish with top coat.
It's that easy and the look is amazing. My favourite colours are Ionic Indego, Red-y Response and Polar Purple.
Comes in 8 shades: Red-y Response, Iconic Indigo, Golden Conduct, Kinetic Copper, Graphite Gravity, Electric Emerald, Silver Elements, Polar Purple - infused with metallic particles that move when exposed to the specially designed magnet to create a 3D effect.
