Best Nails At Home

My nails are very soft and breakable. Regular nail polish wouldn't even stay on for one day. Then i discovered for my self this amazing Miracle Gel by Sally Hansen. I couldn't believe that it actually works. It's like you just got your nails from the salon. All you need is: two coats of Miracle Gel nail polish and one coat of Miracle Gel Top coat. I love the bristles on the brushes, that make applying very easy. Top coat very very shiny. Oh i just love my nails now.

Un peu decu!

J'ai acheté ce produit avec la promesse qui reste longtemps! Les couleurs sont superbes... L,application facile.mais ça prend du temps à sécher et ça ne dure pas plus qu'une semaine! Malgré que je l'aime bien ce produit, mais ne correspond pas a mes attentes.

Expensive

I really like the shade options, and the brush size is awesome. Takes two swipes max to coat entire nail. But the product is just so expensive. And it even chipped on me after just 3 days. I would have liked it to last longer, I'm still trying it out to see if it was user error. I just wish they weren't so expensive. You pay for one bottle of this what you pay for 2 to 3 bottles of another nail polish.

Can we take a second to talk about the brush?

My daughter picked out about five or six different colors and then moved away and left me with them. I tried on one nail each of the colors. My favorite was a pretty blue. This stuff applies so smoothly and one coat almost does the trick. BUT! The next time I went to use the blue (a week later) the brush had all but fallen out completely! I ended up tossing it out. Tried a pink shade last week and was so pleased with how great the first coat went on. Went to do a second coat and THE SAME THING!! Half of the brush started coming out and I will probably end up having to toss that one too. These are products that have been used once, maybe twice if at all. Ugh.

480 wine en amour avec la couleur

Je l'adore autant pour sa couleur qui est sublime que pour son application qui est si simple. Je suis une des pire gaffeuse lorsqu'il viens le temps de me mettre du vernis et j'ai été agréablement surprise son application est très simple. Ce n'est pas comme les autres vernis gel avec lampe que lorsqu'on dépasse la manucure est raté.

La couleur a une belle brillance et reste en place longtemps.

Beautiful colors, but doesn't hold up

The top coat is an absolute must to make this product effective, and I was pleased with how fast it dried (when applied properly). The colors are gorgeous and vibrant, and it did last longer than regular polish, however, not anywhere close to the 14 days. I think you'd have to live in a bubble, or have a maid, or something, to get that much wear out of it.

Mommy & daughter time

I used this nail polish on my 6 year old daughter for mommy/daughter time. I did this to test how long it could last on a child. The color was bronze with a sparkle and bright. My daughter really liked it. The brush was flat and easier to use than other nail polishes I've tried to use on her. We applied 2 coats and waited 5 minutes for the color to dry. After that we applied 2 coats of the top coat which brightened and protected the color of the nail polish. We then waited another 5 minutes for it to dry. My daughter plays rough, in the dirt, sports, and in water throughout the day. She also helps me do the dishes and takes a bath every night. So far Sally Hansen Miracle Gel has been able to stand the test of her wear and tear without coming off. I would highly recommend this product to both girls and women that want a strong beautiful nail polish that fast and easy to use.

Would not buy this again

Nail polish never lasted long and I was looking for a reliable, affordable, drugstore brand alternative to getting shellac manicures....this is NOT it. I use the colour + top coat together as directed and the polish chipped faster than any other regular brand I've ever used. Shockingly, the polish chips but it is near impossible to get off easily with nail polish remover. How does that happen?

14 Day Wear is promising too much!

Clearly the claim for 14 day wear is what caught my eye! I've been longing for a nail polish that lasts more than one day at the very least, without chipping. I knew the 14 day claim was a tall order, but decided to purchase anyway, in the colour Pink Cadillaquer as a duo with the top coat. First impression, I liked it alright. The next day, I liked it even more, it had a nice shine and felt sturdier than traditional polishes. I started seeing chipping around the top of a few of my nails after the 2nd or 3rd day. Total bummer, but the chips were not bad- still wearable, not like the entire nail was ruined. Now, normally, if a product claims 14 day wear and it lasts 3, I would give it a bad review. However, I still think it is a good polish, compared to other brands that don't even last that long. Because I am hand-washing dishes a lot and not being as delicate with my nails as a normal person might be, I will attribute that to why nail polishes don't last as long on me. I will still wear this but may eventually decide to get gel nails instead!

Good... but not as good as they claim.

The nail polish is decent, the colours are great, and it chips less than some other polishes I've used. But it doesn't last 14 days for sure. The top coat is a must to get the best results, but even then it only looks good for about a week, tops. If the price was much lower I'd be happy, but for the current price it's not really worth it unless you can get it on sale.
