Amazing Polish!!

By far the best gel polish I've used that doesn't involve curing. Flawless smooth finish every time and it's so pigmented! If you don't "wrap" the nail to create a 100% seal your manicure or pedicure won't last. But when you do wrap the nail, my manicure lasted 12 days before starting to lift / chip and my pedicure lasted an entire month before chipping. I love it, it's my new go to for at home nail care.

Finally a home manicure that lasts!

Tired of spending the money on shallac manicures, I decided to try sally Hansen miracle gel. This two step polish really works. I am rough with my hands...washing dishes , gardening, cleaning and I have a perfect non chip manicure for over a week. I was so impressed I went out and bought several other colors. I have other long lasting polishes but this is the one that I use over and over.

My girls and I love nail polish so we bought this one thought it would last. No it barely lasted a day so not worth the money I paid for it. I would rather buy a cheaper brand and get the exact same results

Sally Hansen offre toujours de bons produits pour les ongles sans nécessairement devoir dépenser pour des faux ongles. Lorsque j'ai envie de fantaisie, j'opte pour le Miracle Gel. C'est le seul vernis à ongle qui a une longue tenue et résiste au lavage de vaisselle! Ma manucure reste intacte longtemps et Miracle Gel offre une vaste sélection de couleurs. En plus, ils sont abordables comme vernis! Je rachèterai cette marque sans hésiter.

i get my nails done often and i always do shellac.
i decided to buy this to try at home and save a few dollars knowing i wouldn't need the UV light.
upon opening the bottle, the first thing i noticed was the scent- so toxic and dreadful, i almost had to put a mask on. after application, i noticed it was taking a loooooong time to dry. okay. finally. throw on the top coat and after waiting another 15 minutes or so, it was dry. by day two, my nails looked cracked and cheap. awful product. i should have just gone back to the salon.

Not sure it is much different than others

I had high hopes for this nail polish, however I was disappointed. If I had went into it thinking it would just be like any other nail polish, it would have been given a higher rating. However, that was not the case. This is supposed to be a gel nail polish, which it definitely looked like, however it did not last very long at all. It chipped very easily. I was not impressed, especially because the price was a little more than I wanted to spend for something that would replicate what a normal nail polish would. Not sold on this.

I was psyched when I heard about no UV gel polish but this didn't live up to the hype. I have the birthday suit nail polish and I find that by day 3 or 4 I'm beginning to get spiderweb cracks throughout the nail polish. Not cute.

Absolutely love the colors available in this line.

My husband picked out Sally Hansen Miracle Gel in the color Tidal Wave because it resembles his favorite color Subaru blue. The only thing is when he picked it up he didn't realize this nail color was part of a two step system. With that being said I decided to try it without the top coat. I have to say I absolutely love the color. It's a nice, rich, vibrant cobalt blue that really pops.

Upon application I noticed the scent was unpleasant and toxic smelling. I also did not like the brush. I found it was way too thick made it awkward for me to apply. I have been accustomed to much smaller brushes and have mastered the technique with those but not with a thicker brush. Because of that I applied the polish messier than usual. I also found the polish went on too thick, especially considering the directions on the bottle tell you to use two coats and a topcoat. You would definitely have to swipe the brush around the rim of the bottle to get rid of excess nail color.

I found the polish went on thick but I still applied the second coat as recommended. It took a very long time to dry. Even after an hour wait I still ended up knicking my nails and smudging a few of them and needing to do touch ups. Although this is gel nail color it says no light needed on the bottle. I believe his claim may have been a little too good to be true and I was right. The polish was chipping off the next day to my disappointment. Especially considering my husband paid $9.99 at Shoppers Drugmart. Because I don't have the top coat that is the second step for this gel color I will definitely give it another go.

Although I absolutely loved the vibrant color I will probably not repurchase the Sally Hansen Miracle Gel because I don't like the brush and how thick it applies and that it takes forever to dry. Although this might be good for someone that has time to sit around and let their nails dry. It was not good for me as I have a toddler and a newborn that I'm constantly needing to chase after and pick up so I need something that dries quickly.

Nail polish that lasts

I used this in a dark blue colour and a grey colour and was impressed at how long this nail polish lasts. I personally hate doing my nails so I'm always looking for really tough long lasting nail polishes. I do wish this one was a little bit cheaper.
