Not as good as Sally Hansen Salon Insta Gel Strips :(

I use Sally Hansen Salon Insta Gel Strips all the time so I decided to try Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Polish Strips because they looked the same. The only differences are that for the Salon Effects, you don't need to cure them under a UV lamp (which I tried anyway) and if you don't cure them, you don't need to remove them with Acetone polish remover, you can use Acetone-free remover. With or without the gel from the Insta Gel Strips kit and with or without the curing under the UV, they did not last as long as the Insta Gel Strips. However, they still lasted longer than regular nail polishes that I have used.

Great look but time consuming.

The application of these strips is really quite straight forward. However, you must take the time to prep your nails. If you do not do this the product will not last. It will peel and come off! Also do not apply a top coat and be sure to follow instructions carefully. These are also great on toes. It is time consuming.

ok i have tried these. i dont like them. its hard enough to get your nail polish on without messing it up. the product is easy to use but not very effective. you peel it off and stick it to your nail and shape it. it is not sticky enough. so it doesn't really stay on long. i t only comes with 16 strips??? should be 20 so you could use twice . i just dont like it. it says it lasts up to 10 days. maybe if your not a mom and don't do dishes and other everyday jobs. i do not reccomend this . ladies if you love getting your nails done just go to a professional dont waste your time and money. could be good for a pre teen

These are so hit and miss. I have bought a few boxes, only due to them being on sale, and two boxes were great and the other two were terrible. You need to use these nail polish strips RIGHT after opening them. They will dry out VERY quickly, so do this as fast as you can and realize you will not be able to use the strips that were left over.They are garbage the second you remove them from the sealed package and don't use them. The one I found that worked the best, was a glittery one. It went on nicely and with a top coat, lasted weeks. The ones that are more plastic feeling dont go on as smooth and peel off really quickly. The price is rediculous though. Way too high for the quality.

This is the best nail strip brand that I have used to date, but I am still not an overly huge fan of nail strips as they never actually fit my nail bed. They are also a pain to remove when you're ready to take it off!

I love the design! Easy to apply and they're still on my nails, a week later with only a few chips. BUT the one I put on my pinky was not big enough! I have a very small pinky nail compared to others, and most other nail apps are too big to fit my pinky.. which is why I was so surprised and these didn't fit! Every other nail did, just not my pinky. I think I'll stick to Essie.

This was another of my total flops of a product to try. I had a hard time getting the tip of the decal on my fingers and it was so frustrating to me. I got such a headache from it. I would rather paint them myself as to use this product. It's probably okay for most, but I have trouble with my nails because of health issues.

These didn't last long. Great for a night out but not for pretty nails all the time. Any more than a day or two and hey start looking pretty bad.

Sally Hansen makes wonderful products most of the time. I guess it was just me, but I could never get the hang of this. It ended up looking like I was going to a Halloween Party with freaky looking nails. Finally, I just gave up.

I am torn on how I feel about this product. I love how easy the application is and the designs look great, however, I was not impressed by the lasting power. Within a few hours of wearing them they started to peel off and with just water they were easily peel-able. I am not sure if I applied them wrong or what the deal is but I may have to give them another try. For now, I would rate this product something that it is worth a try if you do not have high expectations for the product like I did.
