May help but a very strong taste

I was excited to try these as I had heard about lots of benefits of elderberry and usually prefer gummy format, however, these did not hit the mark for me. The texture of them were fine, but the flavour left a yucky aftertaste. I would not recommend these to someone who isn’t good with strong flavours for pills, gummies, liquids, etc.

Wasn't a fan

I received this product complimentary in exchange for my honest review. With only 4 gummies to test, I cannot speak to any long-term use. While I liked the texture of the gummy (soft + chewy), that's where my positive review ends. I didn't like the flavour and felt it had a strange aftertaste. I also became sick a few days after using so I would say they aren't as effective as advertised!

Helps Fight Cold

As soon as I received these I started feeling the symptoms of a cold. I started taking them as soon as the sore throat started. They taste amazing unlike some of the other immunity boosters but my cold symptoms were very mild. Got over my cold fairly quickly which is always a bonus.

This supplement has a great smell that is evident as soon as you open the packaging and has a burst of flavour and sweetness as soon as you bite into it that has you doubting that there is only a gram of sugar. There is a sense of nostalgia that takes you back to the days where you did not miss taking your vitamins because they tasted so great. Because this was a tester, it is difficult to say whether this is a product that boosts immunity.

Great health product

I really enjoyed the taste of this product, the biggest gold star for me is the no artificial dyes or flavours. I really like the easy to read ingredients, I understood what each ingredient was before putting it into my body. I wish there was information on if this product is safe for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers.
